The report I received was helpful and detailed. It concluded information on key findings and many tips for typical home upkeep. As a first time home buyer, I was able to fully appreciate this report. His website is easy to navigate; with a click of a few buttons I was able to pull my home inspection report. Unfortunately, I was unable to be present during my inspection, however, David allowed my whole family to attend. They ensured he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The downside is that we found plenty of missed defects after two weeks of living in our home. Some were minor, nonetheless evident. After calling to see if David could help us out, he was uninterested in our conversation. As i said, we were absent during the inspection so it was partially our fault.
